Hello, one week ago I opened up ticket # 13498 regarding needing a refresh of activations for my 7 year old copy of Flaming Cliffs 1.

 

To date, I have not gotten any reply. Could I get someone to look at this ticket when possible please?

p.s. I do realize that FC1 was superseded by FC2 (which I also own and is activated) but I would like to be able to get back into FC1.

Support usually has a 48 hour response time. With that in mind, working hours are Monday-Friday only. Further to that, an announcement was posted detailing the May holidays for 4 days, being the 6th to the 9th of May inclusive.

 

With the above in mind, earliest you can probably expect a reply would be from tomorrow, keeping in mind the ineviatble backlog that also needs to be dealt with as a result of the week-end/holiday.
