Habu23 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Hello all, I have a question regarding the "Add Radio Action" in the editor. According to the manual, this function does not work in multiplayer. I have tested radio actions in mutliplayer by using this action and I can confirm that it does not work. However, I have flown in various mission where radio actions are present in multiplayer? How did the mission-maker accomplish this? Any ideas on how to make radio actions work in multiplayer? Thanks, Habu [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Speed Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 They work in multiplayer- for the host only. If you want the equivalent functionality in multiplayer for clients too, you need Slmod. Slmod doesn't work through the radio menu, however, it uses chat message commands. Intelligent discourse can only begin with the honest admission of your own fallibility. Grimes Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Also the host must be spawned into their aircraft of choice when the "add radio action" are triggered. Otherwise the radio options will not appear. Also they get lost if the host has to respawn at any point, unless of course they trigger again. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
