Adding Aircraft for Countries?

Hey guys,

 

I was just wondering if there was a way to add aircraft to countries? For example if I wanted to create a campaign with Georgia under the United Islamic Federation, I'd also like to add IRIAF Su-27s and F-14s... is this possible?

There's supposed to be a country mod somewhere, I could'nt find it this right instance, but I know that some guys were working on it.. :wink:
