ScherzkeCks Posted May 22, 2012 Posted May 22, 2012 Hi there, I have a problem: I can't see any marker smoke. I don't have any problems seeing smoke from explosions or even from factories but I can't see a single smoke marker. I tried it in the weapons training and even build my own mission just to check this. I did some research but couldn't find threads that had the same problem only no smoke problems in multiplayer or no smoke at all. But I do have smoke just not all of it. Does anybody have an idea? I already tried cycling through various graphics settings. Greetings

Maybe you have similar problems. >>> Smoke Fix Could it be that you tried a obscure "more FPS" mod previously on your install that changed some settings that are not changeable within the menu of DCS ? Similar like here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=1419427#post1419427 Please post your options.lua and/or check if effects are set to on. Win7 path >>C:\Users\>user name<\Saved Games\DCS Warthog\Config >>options.lua line #45 ["effects"] = 3, -- <this is how it has to be to have them on!
