I am wondering how to use the resource management system. Is it possible to have an Airport resupply only when a transport aircraft lands? I don't see a trigger related to this.

There isn't a resupply option at the moment. I believe the warehouse system is a work in progress and will expand along with the MIss Editor in future patches.

I think this will be a fully functional feature when DCS:CombinedArms hit the shelf.
