BS2 no Serial !

I have buy the BS2 but i don´t have receive a serial for bs2!

Log back in to the site where you got it from and it will list your serial. I Cant seem to log in otherwise I would tell you exactly where but there is a section that will have it

I have followed the instructions, but there is no serial, and i have send a ticket to the support.

Have you tried clearing cache on your web browser to doublecheck that the login is functioning? You'll see that it ceases to function if, after login and browsing to the download page, you no longer see your login name listed in the bottom left. In this case, clear browser cache or try a different web browser (since that one will likely have a clean cache and no corrupt cookies).

 

Also, you did check both the download link and the transaction history? Did you check both Upgrade version and normal version? You will only have a key listed on the one of those that you purchased, not the other one.

have cache the cookies, have tryed with another browser (firefox) the same problem. I have checked the dowload link and in transaction history, and I have the normal version (full version of bs2) BS2 German.

no, I have buyed the german version and downloaded the German version !
