You'll see that it ceases to function if, after login and browsing to the download page, you no longer see your login name listed in the bottom left. In this case, clear browser cache or try a different web browser (since that one will likely have a clean cache and no corrupt cookies). Also, you did check both the download link and the transaction history? Did you check both Upgrade version and normal version? You will only have a key listed on the one of those that you purchased, not the other one. dave215 Posted June 3, 2012 Author Posted June 3, 2012 have cache the cookies, have tryed with another browser (firefox) the same problem. I have checked the dowload link and in transaction history, and I have the normal version (full version of bs2) BS2 German.
