menendezdiego Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 Hey guys, My old instructor is building two cornhole boards (a game where you throw bean bags onto another board and try to get them in the hole. He wanted some DCS A-10C shots for the board, and I made him this: He was very happy (notice the space left up top for the hole). He also wants an external shot from above and behind of an A-10C firing the gun with the target in the shot. I have no idea how to position the external A-10C so that it is in the vertical (like the HUD screenshot). The dimensions of the board are 24inches X 48inches (1x2). Basically, if you can help, make the shot as big as possible with room to crop. Any help would be appreciated. Also, if you can use the Barksdale skin, that'd be greatly appreciated as well, as his boss is the squadron commander at Barksdale. Regards, Diego
menendezdiego Posted June 3, 2012 Author Posted June 3, 2012 In short, you'll be taking a screenshot for the squadron commander at Barksdale AFB
menendezdiego Posted June 3, 2012 Author Posted June 3, 2012 Anyone? Beauler? Beauler? This is kinda short notice by the way. Is it even possible to get that camera angle?

menendezdiego Posted June 11, 2012 Author Posted June 11, 2012 Profet, Not really. The shot needs to be from the rear of the aircraft straight on, and the image has to be in portrait mode with enough room to be cropped at 24x48 inches. Sierra99, thank you! As for the target, a field would be best. He is going to photoshop target flag holders around the hole. This is the revised version that he is using for one of the boards: Notice the room up top to drill the hole. Many thanks, Diego P.S. No crazy colors. Just a simple plain A-10C from Barksdale
