Quick question, is it possible to reduce the glow in the HDR cold setting ?

Yes i believe you can, check hdr.lua in \Bazar\Effects\PostMotionEffect\options, i think you can reduce/increase this value in one of those command lines, try line 11 or 21 (remember to use notepad++ for editing)
