Cannot install...

hi guys, well ive finally bought p51 today,all files are loaded into 1 single folder.

double click exe p51,and i get dcs world version 1.1.2.0 or greater should be installed.

now im confused to A, where do i install dcs world?

 

B,do i install it into dcs A10?

 

As always thankyou all if you can help me off the ground!

You have to install DCS-World first:thumbup:

 

DCS-P51D will do the rest on its own..after DCS-World is installed first

indeed,all downloaded,its asking for setup disk 1 !!!

how can you reinstall what can't be installed ?!;)

 

The contend of your folder looks like this?

 

- DCS World_en_1.1.2.0.exe

- DCS World_en_1.1.2.0-1.bin

- DCS World_en_1.1.2.0-2.bin

- DCS World_en_1.1.2.0-3.bin

- P-51D_1.1.2.0.exe

 

*check*

 

You have to install DCS:World before P-51D !

 

first >> DCS World_en_1.1.2.0.exe <<

second >> P-51D_1.1.2.0.exe <<

 

 

if this fails and you get still an error :

Than is your download broken.

Than- download via a torrent client - it has automatic hash-checks for that.

ive sorted it thanks wolf, the mind bender was the fact that the download from dcs contains (1)

(2) in the files so you have to remove them before install!

IHMO it is not the first time someone is confused which EXE to install.

So can someone pleas change this:

All 5 files should be downloaded and put into one folder before launching setup. Filenames are of importance.

First execute DCS World_en_1.1.2.1.exe

After a successfully installation of DCS:Wrold execute P-51D_1.1.2.1.exe
