Chazz_BMF Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 I dont know if this have been mention before, but i would love to see the possibilty to paradrop units like BMD and infantry from cargo planes. This would be a really nice feature in CA. Just imagine the missions this could lead too. And a really cool sight on the virtual battlefield :-) :pilotfly:Wolfpack Production:pilotfly: -=<[WiN 10, I7 3770K @ 4,5 Ghz, Corsair H100i, Sabertooth Z77, 16 GB Dominator, Sapphire 7970 VaporX 6GB, C70 Vengance, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, Saitek Pro rudder, Track IR, Beyerdynamics MMX 300 ]>=- DCS/FC2/FC3/Arma videos on my channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/WolfpackproductionDK "Fortes Furtuna Juvat"
112th_Rossi Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Good idea. Supply drops would be good too. Perhaps resupplying airfields and FARPs?

Demongornot Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Drop a Stryker more than 16 tonns At the beggin of this video a "light" tank was drop In this video other "light" tank was drop http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORp9eJEoMpQ And important thing for strategic action who are not represented in any simulator, the possibility for cargo like the C-130 to land in the desert, in a beach or any other wild runway who can give possibility to unload big number of soldier, equipement and vehicule, in fact its the only reason why the C-130 have a propeller and not a jet engine, cause land in the sand damage the jet engine and can suck a lot of object on the ground like rock and other things... Paradrop its a small part of the problem... Its exactly what i talk about when i said that a lot of USEFULL things was always delete in simulation world (simulation of everything, car, boat, combat like Arma or aircraft) cause its conciderate like useless and a lot of things if it don't was simulate one by one its not a problem, but if we add every deleted things at the end its was a big problem of fidelity and realism... I hope one day all this deleted things from real world will be simulate... Alicatt Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Part of the BBC Program about The Empire Test Pilots School course 44 was about dropping a 30tonne digger out of the back of a Hercules. It was in Episode 1 about 2 minutes into the program, an excellent BBC series from 1986 Sons of Dogs, Come Eat Flesh Clan Cameron
