Hi Guys, did a fresh install of everything, JTAC won't answer me past READY TO COPY REMARKS, at first i thought my JTAC was dead but when i would check out it would answer me, also it sometimes takes a while for JTAC to answer but i waited 30 minutes to get the remarks and nothing, also my wingman won't attack targets but it will RTB, anybody else having this issues? thanks.

Something similar happens to me, JTAC takes a while before he answers, but eventually he does, i had to insist though, and repeat the comms 2 or 3 times.

Sometimes you can't hear the sound but your radio menu will get updated after a time. Please take a look into your radio menu and go on with the dialog.

I thought that may be happening as well but i kept trying and i kept checking the menu and i was still in the same spot, what's weird is sometimes it does take a while for JTAC to respond but still nothing past ready to copy remarks, i waited on 2 missions almost 30 minutes for JTAC to answer until i decided to close the missions, also sending the ready to copy remarks but nothing, the i sent a CHECK OUT each time and right away JTAC answered

Same problem over here. Since DCS World JTAC got stuck from time to time playing A-10C.

I can only repeat my last msg over and over.

What helps for me is radio JTAC to end the JTAC missions.

After JTAC confirms the checkout you can call him again and try to re-get the mission.

But this workaround costs a lot of time...

Btw: I managed (by chance) to fullfill a stucked mission once, receiving a "Target destroyed" from JTAC and got offered a new mission. Maybe this information helps someone finding the bug

In World, does JTAC have to have targets assigned in the mission editor first or is it more autonomous now and will select targets based on visual ID?

It's the same as it always has been, both are possible, it depends how the mission designer sets it up.

Yep, having the same problem here, but not just with JTAC, but ATC ( has that ever worked properly, consistently?).

I am checking frequencies, recalling, and recalling, and nothing. For a couple of campaigns I was unable to speak with my wingman as the radio was permanently stuck on intercom. No matter how and what I tried, I couldnt speak with anyone.

Radios have always been pedantic. Amazed this hasn't been simplified and cleaned up. Is it still necessary to wait one second between frequency change mouse clicks, like it was back in Beta?

Oh, nice. Are there any links or hints about how you can make JTAC work independently? If I'm using CA and I move a JTAC, can you get it to call targets from the new location?

Thanks.
