Clicking <ME> button on command map does not take you to your current location

If your in a vehicle and Click the <ME> button on command map does not take you to your current location like it does when your in an aircraft.

 

Also the 100% button doesn't show 100% of the map anymore.

 

and the zoom buttons drag an area of the map to zoom to area feature doesn't seem to work on the right hand bottom area of the map.
