(As an addition: with that mobo, definitely get a K-cpu. IE I7-2600K, as opposed to i7-2600, That mobo is made for OCing, and you want the K-series CPU's for that.)

Looks good. Which PSU is that you've got? You can make major electricity bill savings through selecting a good one (though they usually require a larger outlay at point-of-purchase).

My PSU is mid range. It's not cheap and nasty but it's not a top of the line one either.
