I mean that the game has no volume, engineer said it must install dx9,but my system is dx11,so can I extract the dx9 files from dx9 install files to the "bin" folder? (sorry, my english is poor.)

Even if you have a dx11 system, you still need dx9 :)

your system may be at DX11 level - but this doesn't mean that it cant use DX9 level applications...to make it DX9 "ready" you need DX9 to be installed on your system.

So,

please install DX9 on your system.

Not any - just the latest!

And please don't just "extract the dx9 files from dx9 install files to the "bin" folder"...

DX9 It has to be installed properly and integrated into your Windows install by using a EXE.

Again:

You can't install DX9 just by simply putting files into a DX9 program.

EDIT:

I have a guess about you next question ;)

So here is the answer:

DX9.0C End-User Runtime>>>> http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

please find out yourself - why should it crash ??!?

-this reply from me is the best proof that a system that has DX11 and DX9 simultaneously installed isn't crashing.

Because the system I'm using right now to type this has DX5/DX7/DX9/DX10/DX11 installed.

- and on top of it : I have sound in the A-10C when using DCS world 1.2.0 :) .
