bkrontz
Hi All, Wondering if anyone else gets this issue... the HUD is a little off center sometimes regardless of how many times I re-center things. I don't think this matters, but I use TrackIR. It centers up just fine... everything in the pit is fine... but sometimes I have to chase the darn HUD around with my head to center it up. Most of the time it's fine... but occasionally, it's pretty off no matter what. Is that a yaw correction from winds or something? Thanks! PeterP
Here is your answer: why does my HUD look off center? Further: AFAIK It is done this way in a Air-to Ground aircraft like the A-10 because you always have to know about your surrounding wind-drift to bring down your payload with the needed precision... In a craft that is used almost for Air-to-Air you have a "steady" pitch ladder. Edited July 23, 2012 by PeterP

Teabag
Thanks PeterP.... I had this "problem" myself and a search solved it. Also a big thank you to bkrontz for using an appropriate title for the thread. :)
