speckfire Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 I'm having issues with giving rep. It keeps saying that I need to spread the rep first to others when I want to rep someone who has rep-ed me. When I try to do that I get the message that I cannot rep this topic. Can any super duper mods help me out? Speed is life !!!
