Ripcord Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 I have read that this is also called the Su-39 and that the Russian Air Force has had only 8 of them delivered -- probably more by now. Where are they based? Are they based in the Caucus region, on our map, say at Budennovsk or Krasnodar? Or are they normally home-based somewhere in the Moscow district?
