Tbilisi Rearm and Refuel issue

I set up a mission starting at Tbilisi. The A10 is not able to rearm and refuel when parked at spaces 63 to 69 inclusive. Just reporting this, the Su-25 was able to rearm and refuel but not the A10.

EDIT:- I see it too + static objects blocking slots.
