Goanna Posted August 6, 2012 Author Posted August 6, 2012 That's the problem, it doesn't show anything, yet I can play it in SP, and I have all the details from the confirmation email sent when I purchased it, no multiplay though due to the invalid serial message and yes I have unbound all but there is still no serial showing for that purchase(nor the previous one which I didn't mention in my ticket). Goanna Posted August 23, 2012 Author Posted August 23, 2012 All sorted, got an email yesterday from the support staff...I'd changed email addresses... don't remember that, but I do suffer from CRS (Can't Remember Sh*t).....logged into the "1" one and unbound the serial and can now get into multiplayer without error. EtherealN Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 The unbinding does not do anything to download/purchase records, it only removes the current Master Server account binding. To get the purchase data, including serial number, transferred to the account sans the "1", you need to respond to the merger question mail you should have received a month or two ago (unless it was eaten by spam filter). Staff can then merge the accounts properly. Note however that there are a lot of these cases ongoing so it might be a while until it is actually performed. This may take a while though, since there are currently a lot of these in the system. I really don't know if they are different email addresses or not...I suspect seeing as there is a "1" account that they are...have no idea what it may have been though.
