Anyone got any experience on this, say I moved a model that is already in game over the F-15 and everything shows up fine, but once the skin is made (saved as a .bmp and at 24bit with the same pixel size as the original) and inserted into the Bazar/Temp Textures with the original texture name nothing shows up in game, In mission editor on the payload screen the Colour Scheme box is Blank and there are no options on the Drop down bar, I have tried changing the coding in the F-15.LUA with the respective "Colourscheme" of the other model's LUA but no dice there either.

 

I Have also tried importing the .BMP file into the WorldTexturesBMP.cdds with the CDDS Explorer but it wont let me put it over the file inside there

 

Any ideas or anything I'm failing to do?

Yes ofcourse, well its the Tornado GR.3 over the F-15C the main difference I can see in the mod itself is that the F-15 is a Batch file where as the Tonka is a LOM with a TORNADO.SKINS file. the name of the Skin is TORNADO-OKRAS-8.bmp (24bit 1024x1024px)

 

The Error that comes up when I try import the BMP over the original in CDDS is this:

 

Application terminated.

 

Error: Null object reference

 

and after pressing "Okay" on the box that pops up CDDS Explorer crashes to desktop

and its on Flaming Cliffs 2

Is this in FC2 or DCS[w]??
