ChromeWasp
Default snap view 3 (looks down to the right at the PVI-800 and AutoPilot) is angled too high so it cuts off the often used buttons on the AutoPilot I can edit the snapviews.lua file ... but which entry maps to snap view 3 ? Also does "Save view angles" work now?
Vecko
First, change "use default snap views" from true to false in view.lua . Then, try to save new angles with ralt+num0 command... [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Virtual Aerial Operations
ChromeWasp
Thanks for your reply I can confirm Save View Angles is working Here are my notes Shutdown Black Shark Edit view.lua C:\Program Files (x86)\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\Config\View\view.lua Change: UseDefaultSnapViews = true DisableSnapViewsSaving = true to: UseDefaultSnapViews = false DisableSnapViewsSaving = false Startup Black Shark Press the Snap keyboard combo you want to change: NUM 0 NUM 0 + NUM # NUM 0 + NUM 3 // In my case Release the keys (let the view return to previous) Move and orient the camera Orient: NUMPAD Move: RCTRL + RSHIFT + NUMPAD then use RALT + NUM 0 to "Save view angles" Press NUM 5 to return to Default Cockpit View Press NUM 0 + NUM # to test your new snap view (I haven't found a way to amend an existing view yet ...) When you exit the flight and return to the menu Black Shark will save the new views to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50\Config\View\snapviews.lua (I tried using WinMerge to find which section has changed ... but bs reorders the lines each time it saves ...) ChromeWasp
Is there a way to setup monitors.lua so that I can keep a snap view in a separate viewport? That way I wouldn't need to use TouchPal ...
