I mean mission starts the AI plane is parked in the ramp after 5min start engines and continue mission. Not 'late activation' This is an option only available to aircraft once they are placed on the 'ramp'. You then can activate the aircraft by using 'Triggered Actions' > Perform Command > Start. You can then add a trigger that has this AI Task > Start. The condition of the Trigger can be what ever you want... Doing this you will have the plane sitting on the ramp awaiting its start command.
