Wow, did some googlefu, apparantly the pressure difference caused the autopilot to pitch down, together with the E3's slight climb this produced the effect in the vid. The E3 then performed an emergency landing, the sharp negative G causing some injuries to the crew. Aircraft is supposed to be LX-N90451...

Hoooollly !!! That would have been a biiiig disaster. I'm glad it was averted.
