Amisnaru Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 My Campaign gets stuck after the first Helicopter shoot down. After I finish that mission I get thrown back to the bombing moving targets mission. i7-2637M 6,00 GB GeForce GT640M 128GB SSD 27" Display @ 1920x1080 Logitech G940 (modded) Windows 7 64bit
SharpeXB Posted November 4, 2012 Author Posted November 4, 2012 I only see the Startup Taxi Takeoff mission. I can do all that so I figure I've suceeded but that's the only one that keeps repeating. i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 OC | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR 5
Vibora Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 My Campaign gets stuck after the first Helicopter shoot down. After I finish that mission I get thrown back to the bombing moving targets mission. That is a known issue and has been corrected in internal version. It should be OK in next revision I suppose. The problem is that there is no goal set in that mission (number 20 from the P51 campaign). You can solve it yourself if you edit the mission in the ME and set a goal like in other campaign missions. To be able to advance to next mission you need to fulfill the tasks assigned in the mission. Starting up and taxiing the aircraft to where the control tower tells you in this case. I start up, contact the tower, taxi to runway 10. then take off or not take off, or take off circle and land. but I never get another mission Can someone post a track of what to do to pass this one? thanks i9-14900KS | ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO | 64GB DDR5 5600MHz | iCUE H150i Liquid CPU Cooler | ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4090 OC | Windows 11 Home | 2TB Samsung 980 PRO NVMe | Corsair RM1000x | LG 48GQ900-B 4K OLED Monitor | CH Fighterstick | Ch Pro Throttle | CH Pro Pedals | TrackIR 5
Vibora Posted November 5, 2012 Posted November 5, 2012 (edited) I start up, contact the tower, taxi to runway 10. then take off or not take off, or take off circle and land. but I never get another mission Can someone post a track of what to do to pass this one? thanks There was a bug in that mission also, I don't know in which version, probably the public version has still the bug. You need to taxi to the holding position, intersection between the runway and the taxiway, then a trigger will active (unit inside trigger zone) and the mission will be successful. The problem is that if you follow the instructions from the briefing and/or tower it will take you to the wrong holding position, and the trigger will never activate, you would need then to taxi to the other holding position (there are two holding positions, westerly and easterly, you need to taxi to the correct one). You may have a look at it in Mission Editor. If you are not sure which taxiway is the correct one, then just taxi through both to make sure the mission is successful.
