Put pilots in the cockpits

I'd like to suggest that from now on ALL Dcs / 3rd party aircraft include a pilot model as the oone in the P-51, and the one that was present is DCS:BS and very unfortunately has been neglected in BS2.

 

It's cool, it adds to the realism, it makes for better in game videos, doesn't bother anyone 'cause you can hide it.

Pilot model is back in DCS world for BS.
