[FC3] Co-op 4 F-15C Campaign "Bear Trap"

Much like the co-op conversion I did for the BS2 campaign, I've done the same for the F-15C campaign that shipped with FC3. This time around it supports up to 4 players. I haven't fully tested all of the missions yet, and there might be a few quirks, but for the most part it should work just fine. If you encounter any problems, just post here and I'll try to fix it.

 

 

Note: Its missing the first mission which is the FAM flight.
