m8 i cant remember the dates its no good me saying october 2009 so if u look around there and then u say oooo sorry cant find it on this date.

i dont know the date simple as,but i do know i purchesed the game and cant play it due to this,surely there cant be many player with the same name as me playing this so surely yr system should have my name on the purches information.

the exact contents of the quote - that's it. Not an exact date, just exactly what's in there. This is what I'm saying should be added to the ticket. As support told you, they need it accurate to within a couple months. That right there is accurate to within a couple months.

 

So what you do is:

1) Open the ticket.

2) Write "it was purcased around the turn of the year 2008/2009"

3) Done! :)

Hi , may I can get help here.

I have A10 c Warthog ,and FC2 before . My computer crash and I make new one. I never use all my registration and all the time I trying to download again the download page don't accept my login. On DCS World

I login and not problem.

I purchased Lock ON Flaming Cliffs 31.2.2 (English download beta version)

DCS:P-51D Mustang 1.2.2 and Black Shark 2 and can't ply because don't accept the serial number been send to me by email.

My ticket number is 18313. date: 25/12/2012 (No response up to today.)

OS Windows 8 64bit .Triple Samsung 27' Monitor. 2 NVidia GTX 680 (sly)

When the activation window pops up, make sure you are entering the key for the correct product. You have three products installed if I understand correctly, and thus there will be three activation windows the first time. If the activation asks for P-51D key, and you input FC3 key, this will not work.

 

You can see which product is being activated in the top left of the activation window.

I'm very sad but I will give up all this games. Trying since December and get nowhere is lots the time lost with no fun. Just try run FC3 and copy and past the serial number send to me by email and still wrong ? this is joke?

Hi all, after one week break from DCS, I decide to uninstall all games and install again .This included FC2, BlackShark,A10C and DCS World module +

All cookies . All work good now and I'm very happy again.

Thanks to all for give me the right direction to achieve what I like most (DCS):)
