Keyboard template for FC3?

I've been playing a lot of the F-15C lately and the one thing that drives me crazy is that when I take damage

 

A) I cannot find the keybind to extinguish a fire

 

B) Shut that voice up that gives a damage report every 2 seconds. It drives me crazy listening to that voice the WHOLE way back home :chair:

I'm in the process of mapping my warthog and dont recall an extinguisher key command. Dont think FC3 has one. X is mapped to right rudder. This, however, wont stop me from hitting X on my next engine fire
