cobragva Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Hello, I have started to create missions. I have done it on world 1.2.1 but since the upgrade on 1.2.2, there is a major bug: A-10C: when you start the mission, there is a loadout error. The missiles are there but impossible to load them in the system. I have tried everything but no luck. It is impossible to correct this bug Would you have a solution to solve this bug ? I am too depressed to start to rebuild the whole mission in the 1.2.2, especially if it will not work after the next patch. Please find hereunder the mission Alpha Recon Extraction New.miz thanks in advance for your help
BRooDJeRo Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 I ran into vehicles that had lost their preconfigured loadouts. You dont have to recreate everything, just click on the vehicle and check the loadouts and set one if that isnt the case.

Tried using the stock configuration or created my own loadout but in the mission, the loadout is there (external views) but it s just impossible to load it. I tried to create a new flight, same issue. It looks like with the update, it did create a mess and i cannot find how to resolve it. A beer for the person that can solve this
Druid_ Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 (edited) Click on the airfield and make sure to set its coalition. Then make sure weapons are set to unlimited. EDIT: disregard, I see that you say that on e eternal view the weapons exist on the pylons it's just that you cannot load them on the MFD. Is this correct? I haven't had such a problem but will take a look at your mission when I get back to my pc this weekend. Grimes Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 You've run "prepare mission" on it. Once you do that all of your avionics, DSMS, and other systems are pretty much hard saved into the mission. So if you go through and change anything later on for weapons, the changes will not take effect. The fix is pretty straightforward. 1. Add miz file to rar and then view the file within the rar or if you use 7z just open it using 7z. 2. You should now see a bunch of files and folders within your miz. Delete all of the folders named after the A-10C systems. 3. Extract the miz back into a normal folder or save the changes made in 7z. I attached the fixed version if you want to see how I did it. :)Alpha Recon Extraction New_fix.miz The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
