Where are the FC3 folders located?

Specifically I'm trying to find the Flaming Cliffs 3 'sounds folder' and '.sdef folder. In FC2 these folders allowed users to effect sound changes by either making them louder or by changing them.

The joystick, mouse and keyboard input folder is in your C:\Users\user name\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\

I don't see a FC3 folder with sound files...I see folders for A-10, P-51, KA-50, etc?

 

For example: I am looking for the 'Landing' sound file which is needed to hear your tires make noise when you touch down. Currently there is no sound when your wheels touch the runway.

You won't find any FC3 folder since the whole idea with the FC3 product is to merge the lock on series with the DCS World :)

But where are the actual sound files [.wav and .ogg]. The sdef files are only 'modifiers of the actual .wav and .ogg files:

example of an .sdef:

wave = "Effects/Aircrafts/FlapsEndIn"

inner_radius = 20

outer_radius = 150

trigger = true

gain = 0.2

 

Where for example is HardLandingIn.wav found?

do a search for *.wav and *.ogg from the main DCSW category, or just navigate the folders a bit since this will yield a ton of hits

FYI: They are as editable as FC2
