Best options for combat heli

AH-64A or Mil Mi35 i think these are the best option for the next heli simulator...very well known, not too old (still in service) but also not too modern systems(nothing secret in them), both of them are combat helos (no mean for a simulator without action), 2 seated for new experience and armored enough for a variety of missions...which would you choose?
