Hey gang,

Running the latest DCS A10C module in DCS World. I used to have my Logitech mouse assigned with a profile that launched when I started A-10C, to where I could use a couple of buttons on the mouse for my Track IR re-center and pause commands. This was when I had the stand alone version.

Now that I have the module installed in World, I cannot seem to link the profile to the proper executable to do the same for A-10C. I have tried linking it to the DCS.exe, to the Updater.exe, and to the Launcher.exe, and none seem to work for me.

Anyone have any idea what executable I should point the profile to for the mouse?

Thanks for any tips,

Don B

There is no specific executable for A-10C. Everything integrates into DCS World. DCS.exe is the simulator, Launcher.exe is the menu.

You could try linking it to DCS_updater.exe, since that is the executable that is called by the desktop shortcut (causes the simulator to check for updates before proceeding).

I'm not entirely sure why you would need a profile though. I use my logitech mouse for that exact purpose (specifically the thumb buttons) through simply assigning them to that in the TrackIR software.

Duh! I think sometimes I like to make things a lot more complicated than they are - I had forgotten I could simply assign them from within the Track IR software - worked like a champ, thanks!
