JujuMan Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Hi All, Seriously looking to start flying online in DCS A10C. I have been involved in Falcon 4 since its release and more recently DCS, started off with KA-50 and now have moved on to the A10C. I am in my 40's, use a good spec PC and a very good Broadband connection. Flying hours are usually 19:00 hours GMT onwards most days. Looking for a friendly Sqaudron to learn and fly with, I can be both serious and Light-hearted as the mood permits. Where do I start? Recommendations please. Thanks _________________________________________
Devilman Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 hi jujuman, while the S77th does not take members who reside in Europe or UK (its a time zone thing nothing personal like the who has the ashes) you have come to the right place to ask the question. I dont really know the UK squads that well but i know the 74th is listed under the UK, with a strong focus on realism and the A-10c. there is a another group spare time pilots, see them on a fair bit.. i think they are mostly Europe. there is also DFA.. dont know them again, except the posts on these forums aside from that, im open to helping where i can no matter where you are from.. i hope i have been of some help! VMFA117_Poko Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 Oh, there are so many great squads - just take a look in here. But Devilman is right. If I were you - living in UK - seriously wanting to master Warthog I would choose 74th: http://www.74thvirtual.co.uk/index.php Maybe you should consider participating in the open workshops by 74th (second tomorrow at 20:00)?
