The right monitor looks brighter in the video, but is hardly noticeable in person... I still have to adjust all monitors.

Have you tried landscape? If so which one do you prefer?

Yes I have tried landscape... but I prefer portrait. I like being able to see more of the cockpit/instruments. 1080 vertical res just isn't quite enough :) (and yes, I have TIR)

right,, so you took the metal casing of the monitor as well... I was thinking of doing that but thought I'd f***up the monitors completely so left it alone... maybe in few years time we'll some really thin bezel monitors, then I might replace these 3.
