hey guys....now i discovered the P51 over the weekend.meanwhile im able to take off and land the craft safely.im also able to shoot the bloody AI down, although its hard i have to admit.

yesterday a squadmate and me tried for the first time multiplayer....we just joined a server where we could see that P51s were included in the mission...

one thing i noticed, though im not sure if its really dependent on each other is, that on the server where AI was included, we had performance drops...

then we went on another server, which stated that AI was not included because of known bugs...there it seemed pretty fluent and the performance was fine.heck i even got my first online kill when i shot down a Su25 in my P51:).

But, i think to get the hang off the FM of the P51 the easiest way, it would be the best, to just create my own server where my friend and me can start on the same airfield, take off, and fight each other....or place some enemy AIs close to us, to fight them together...so to come to my actual question....whats the easiest way, to create a "server" where my friend can join me in multiplayer....

In the multiplayer after logging in tgere is a button called new server

Hit that pick a mission and go for it

You might need to set some ports in your router

But i cant tell which ones since im not home atm

I believe its port 10309 set as tcp/udp (correct me if im wrong)

Enable port forwarding on your router (port 10308 for TCP and UDP), click on MP, start new server, pick a mission where you have aircraft set as Client, and of you go
