ACM, ACMI, Top Gun, Red Flag, etc...

Hey guys,

 

After getting blasted out of the virtual skies within DCS:World several hundred times over, I've started to get curious as to what it would be like if ED ever creates/implements ACMI training devices that are used in DACT and other areas of training. As fun as it is getting blown up and restarting I wonder if modeling those systems would be helpful and make many a better combat sim pilot and thus a better opponent. Seems to me that if there was a multiplayer level of fighter tactics training people could work different scenarios together without having to restart, maybe just refuel. This also could be something to take full advantage of Tactview. I've never used Tactview, so maybe I'm a bit off on that.

 

Any thoughts?

As for a scenario of the type you're asking for ... right now, not easily doable - and even then, it's just an approximation of what you're asking for.

Will install and check it out. Crazy how many possibilities one can dream up with this incredible sim, especially when having a couple beers. Very happy with it so far!
