Black Shark 2 1.2.2 vs patch 1.1.1.1

Hi all,

 

Sorry if it sounds stupid but I've just bought BS2 1.2.2 but wondering if I need to install patch 1.1.1.1

Actually I don't really understand the link between BS version (1.2.2) and patch version (1.1.1.1)

BS2 1.2.2 only work on DCS:W

BS2 1.1.1.1 has a standalone version, no compatible with DCS:W

It's much clearer now.

I did not really notice and downloaded BS2 1.2.2 along with DCS:W

 

Is there any added value to rather run the standalone version instead of DCS:W?

No, the 1.1.1.1 only was the reminder of the preWorld era, with other version 1.1.1.1.

 

Some people say 1.1.1.1 was more stable on MP, but I expected DCS:W improve MP stabilty with future version and get out the 1.1.1.1 status.
