Unable to activate BS2 upgrade

Installed BS1 and is activated. Rebooted to make sure. Applied the BS2 upgrade, attempt to activate... Failed invalid serial? Submitted email... Hopefully it will get resolve soon. Wanted to fly my blackshark on DCS world over the weekend...

I’m sorry, but this popup is getting annoying. Especially since I’m setting up my joystick and have to test back and forth to ensure it works as intended with FC3. I get it every time I start a session in DCS world. Sent email last Friday to support@eagle.ru as per instructions provided by starforce by creating the log report. Seems I ran out of activation for BS2, not accepting the provided serial. I miss my Blackshark 2, had to reformat since I installed an SSD on my PC.

 

However I did not get a response via the email I sent. Submitted this ticket yesterday by seeing some of the new process in place. I want to un install it until it gets fixed, however not showing in my add remove programs, the repair utility does not allow this feature as well.

I understand possible staff issue and lots of request, but please try to rush this through.

Your serial number is not out of activations. I see one activation only on this one.

 

It looks like you downloaded and installed the non-upgrade version of BS2, while your license is for that one.

 

What you want to do, in this case, is to delete the Ka-50 folder inside your ..\DCS World\Mods\Aircrafts\ folder, then install this: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=13&end_pos=136&lang=en

 

If you still have your install files, correct installer for you is: KA-50_bs1update_en_1.2.2.7570_69.exe

 

It is the wrong one if it is called: KA-50_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69.exe

DCS World multiplayer states incorrect serial number, have unbinded serial numbers still not working. Downloaded DCS A-10 from steam. Can someone help us with this problem....
