I have bought several of your games in the past, but when i logged in recently to get my old games after a long absence, they were all gone. No matter what game i select it just tells me I have to buy them. I need you to fix this so I can play the games I have bought. Thank you

If you login and the page displays that you are not logged in, what happens if you press the Forgot Pasword link? Are you logged in all of a sudden then? Because of the database merger, it is possible you are logging into Lockon account. In this case, try adding a 1 (the digit one) to your login.
