FC3/SU25T = can't do it , as the "devices" of these planes are hardcoded and not accessible via Lua code.

 

A-10C /Ka-50 = doable , but not really necessary as both airframes have a moving map integrated.

 

Maybe I will take time to look at it at a later point , as it is sure interesting to have a Map on board that doesn't rely on electrical power .

So you can navigate while having system failures.

 

 

For all that really need a map on their Knees in FC3:

TFC is selling a map of the bleak-sea area:

 

and here is also a Map from 1982 that you can print out:

PeterP, if you could get this working for the KA50/ a10c it would be great, we could have start up, emergence , and approach plates etc available without braking immersion.

I didn't had much sleep last night... but I got everything to work ( ...and it was much easier than I thought):

 

 

Will try to find in the evening some time to write a installation instruction and put it online.
