The mission formats have changed so much since LockOn 1.12. If there was a way to open up the old .mis files in a text editor, it might work. But I seriously doubt the formats are similar enough that its worth the time converting missions from LockOn 1.12 to the DCS World .miz format. It would be easier to just re-create the mission in the new editor.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.

LO 1.12 .mis is a binary stream of an internal representation. No documentation exists apart from the source code, which was abandoned long ago.

Moreover, unit capabilities and AI logic changed so much, that even if such converter could exist, its usefulness would be under question.
