Assistance required - Getting Started

Hello,

 

My name is Brad and if anyone is willing to help me out with a few things it be much appreciated.

 

Right so I have not been on hear for a very long time and things have changed which leaves me very confused on what to do. I have a very old CD version (LOCK ON Air Combat Simulation) but not to sure what I need to get in order to have Flaming Cliffs 3. If someone could help me get started that would be fantastic :)
