How to use Steam version...

Hi, maybe this question has been answered before but call me lazy cause I didn't search for it, sorry.

 

I need to know how to use the Steam version of DCS A-10 in DCS World. Can I just download the A-10 files from ED and then use my Steam product code to activate it? I just thought I would ask before wasting my time, I dont have a lot of it at the moment. Thanks.

download world and a10 module and install, when it a10 asks for product code input activation code from steam.

Yes you can, I'm even dreading having to install alll this stuff again AND semi-re learning the A-10 since I have been AWOL for some time:pilotfly:

I bought this game from steam and installed it. Then i found out about dcs world and its modules, so i installed DCS world, the A10C module, put my steam key and everything is working fine.

But now i think a have 2 versions of A10C installed on my computer, Steam and DCS module.

Can i remove the steam version and continue playing with the dcs world+ A10C module ? or will it break my installation ?

The two are entirely separate... so if you remove your Steam version you won't affect the DCS World install + your A-10 install.
