Just got this during th update and, well, I am lost.

 

Is there a manual anywhere?

 

Is there a training mission?

 

Do I have it installed properly? I see the A-10C and SU-25T options and then I get a user, which seems to do nothing. Should I see a CA option?

if you have buy CA, you should be able to take control over ground units! - And the mission should have the option to take control over ground unit, too.

So I tried my first solo game and it was interesting.

 

What is multi-player like?

Multiplayer CA is much more interesting than single player, you should try it! It's especially fun in a competitive match against another CA player, with other players flying aircraft. Try joining a public server with a Battlefield Commander slot available.
