wolle Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 I just noticed that enemy units hidden in the mission editor (version 1.2.3) do not have in-game labels and do not appear in F10 map (without fog of war), and cannot be cycled to using F2 (at least on my computer). Is that intentional or a bug? See attached mission. If Russian airplane is left as is, it will appear with a label in the game and will appear in F10. If it is hidden in the ME, the situation changes as mentioned?test.miz [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Intel Core I7 4820K @4.3 GHz, Asus P9X79 motherboard, 16 GB RAM @ 933 MHz, NVidia GTX 1070 with 8 GB VRAM, Windows 10 Pro
Grimes Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Its intentional. Hidden in mission editor == hidden in game. With the exception of Combined Arms. CA roles will see friendly and enemy vehicles providing the unit is revealed by fog of war. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world. zaelu Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 But it doesn't work all the time? I build a mission and I hidden this way some manpads but once it worked... then it didn't anymore. Or there is a catch?
