Isn`t that zoom level (magnification) insufficient for lasing targets? I found that the weapons zoom level (even that of 7.62mm guns) is way greater then that of the Binos/JTAC view. So IMHO lasing is really hard at greater distances and I have to move more closer to the targets and therefore I´m more vulnerable to enemys.

 

Do you have an advice or I´m doing something wrong?

do you have used RCtrl + NUM/ and RCtrl + NUM* ?

Getting up close and personal is what has to be done at times. Cause then it just wouldnt be CLOSE AIR SUPPORT.

 

But in all reality you could have large optics on armoured vehicles and for the dismounted men youll have binos. And youll be close.
