kainhall Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 so i JUST got my x52 pro, and its WAY different than my old stick. so mutch better, that its harder for me to fly (need to get use to it) however, i want to use the roteries as trim adjustments. like moving the top ROT clockwise should trim the plane to the right and ETC. how do i go about doing this? can i set the trim options in DCS to axis controls? how do i go about doing this. thanks!
cichlidfan Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 The P-51 is the only aircraft that supports Trim as an axis. kainhall Posted March 25, 2013 Author Posted March 25, 2013 true true.. i have it set up nicly with a hat.. but theirs a little dial on the left panel.. slightly infront of the Go sticks (thertols..i cant spell) that says yaw left/right or some thing like that. i always use it if a need to trim if an engine goes out or what not. wich, even in the REAL a-10 would be a poteimeter...basicly. meh, whatever. thanks for the help. its going to take osem getting use to all these buttons!
KLR Rico Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 While the A-10 pitch and roll trim is on the stick hat, the yaw trim is on the left panel. So, maybe there is an axis for that after all? i5-4670K@4.5GHz / 16 GB RAM / SSD / GTX1080 Rift CV1 / G-seat / modded FFB HOTAS
