Rykane Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 (edited) Hey guys, i recently had problems with some profiles with DCS and uninstalled my previous drivers for the x-52 pro and installed the latest drivers thinking that was the problem (It was not). I installed the latest driver and was getting constant crashing of the profiler software and my pc was crashing after control+alt+delete, my mouse would then stutter and cause my a beeping sound. I then uninstalled the new drivers and now have been plagued with another problem. I've installed a few different combinations of drivers and software for the x-52 pro but my MFD does not show any profile information except for the date, time and mode (1,2,3) nothing else. When i start my PC up it says within the MFD info "Saitek X-52 Pro blah blah" but once i've loaded up my OS it has no profile information even with the profiler running with a profile enabled. Any help with these issues would be extremely helpful. Thanks. Edited May 3, 2013 by Rykane

TimeKilla Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Make sure you're not plugging it into USB 3.0 when I did this I had crashes all the time once back into USB 2.0 controller port works fine. I did not think this would matter either. :joystick: YouTube :pilotfly: TimeKilla on Flight Sims over at YouTube.
vanzant_cl Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 (edited) Im using the x52 non pro but i had a similiar issue when I updated the drivers and sst software to 7.0.27.13 and im still struggling with it So using this method http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1374027&postcount=2 and "printers and devices" options to uninstall the drivers I was able to install the old driver (5.0.blah) and the old profiler. the problem is that i found other version of the sst soft (7.0.10.blah) but when it tries to load any profile says that the profile isnt for that device and stuff. I hope any of this works for you (even formating didnt fix the problem with the beep and the latest drivers so don't do it :D) Edited June 18, 2013 by vanzant_cl [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
