Unlocking a target?

Let's ay your going after a convoy of trucks with the cannon. When I lock one up I can't unlock it until it blows up. Is there a way to disengage so I can move on to the next vehicle while the cannon rounds are on the way to dispose of the first vehicle?

If you hold the lock button and slew while holding down you can lock new targets, if the shkval keeps slewing on its own you could always do a targeting reset, but for the most part holding down lock and moving onto a new target should do it for you.

The [backspace] key unlocks targets.

Im using the uncage button. It works like a charm, as long as you have your HMS off.

the backspace key will work but resets your tgt system so any options you selected, for example ground moving tgt or turn on tgt will need to be repressed, if that isnt an issue that is fine for you though.

You can also change the zoom on your shkval to unlock the target . =)
