Skipping First Mission of Campaign Bug

This has happened recently with the latest 1.2.4 version.

 

I play Geogian Oil War in Su-25T until I'm killed a few missions in. I erase the dead pilot and exit. Later, I return to DCS World create a new pilot and start a new campaign. When I try to enter the first mission it appears as though it's loading and then immediately brings me to the debriefing screen. I click to progress to the next mission and that one then loads and puts me in the cockpit as normal.

 

I've also had experiences of 'vulnerable' pilots having multiple deaths on their log. But I think this might be due to playing instant action. Perhaps instant action kills & deaths could be excluded from the pilot log so as not to confuse things.
